• In Clark County, fentanyl overdose deaths increased by 200 percent from 2019 to 2020

Why Our Approach Makes a Difference:

For many years, XChange Recovery's mission has been to bring long-term freedom and restoration to lives broken by substance abuse. We accomplish this by building values, skills, and character through living and working together in a caring family-like community. We are making an impact by providing:
 

• Daily faith-based recovery support to 59 men, women, and children in seven houses

• One on one peer coaching

• Support groups

• Life and job skills development

• Spiritual support/weekly recovery church 

• Psycho-education and evidence based groups
